Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Got transmission from them with 30 day warranty. The transmission failed before warranty was over. they won't resolve issue have vehicle in storage. the owner hector gonsalez refuses to comply with 30 day warranty."

  • o whom this may concern including valleys automotive as previously explained to the owner of valleys automotive Fernando , Fernando called and ordered a transmission from us on 10-26-2015 as he saw our add for a 1990 stanza transmission via one of our many outlets via the web , he was not sure if a 1990 would fit a 1991 which is very unusual being most of our sales are to honest and experienced auto mechanics our add stated as his attachment shows a , 1990 Nissan Stanza (Excl Van) 2.4, Auto Trans, non LSD, 12 valve, 4 cyl

    for we have nothing to hide behind we sell hundreds of transmissions and engines to hundreds of happy customers , when Mr. Fernando called the 25th of november we were closing for Thanksgiving vacation wants we got back in office the following monday we gave mr fernando a call to resolve issue with transmission, upon further discussion he has stated he sub contracts transmissions to someone else because he builds race cars , we asked if he replaced rear main seal and other preventive maintenance things that we discuss at time of purchase, he said yes so we proceeded as he did ,mr fernando didnt even know either him or his subbed mechanic ordered and replaced transmission with incorrect one , once again we expect to deal with knowledgeable mechanics and if you dont know we will do our best to help you but when you call from garage and only ask if this will fit a 1991 wich data base show this transmission fits 1990-1993 we think you know your vehicle you are working on , well needless to say the transmission needed was a gxe stanza with locking differential and not the one we advertised 1990 Nissan Stanza (Excl Van) 2.4, Auto Trans, non LSD, 12 valve, 4 cyl

    as you can see on his receipt he posted ,,,we offered to meet fernando half way with a 450 transmission that would fit his gxe he is working on , unlike the one he ordered the xe which has the lsd differential, but he instead felt he could go this route , at this point we have done all that we can do , if this goes on as bad review i will be contacting my lawyers for disfigurement of character against my business and fraud , mr fernando the proof is in your statements you posted,,,, thanks in advance for your time , we all have money to be made and do not have time for nonsense , partsbyus

  • on 10/23 20015 i called parstbyus to ask about a transmission for 91 nissan stanza listed on craglist i spoke to owner hector he said he had trans .i told him i had 91 nissan stanza gxe. he said he had one that would fit it 1 whent to pickup on 10/ 26/ 15 .i was told to go to main office an pay for transmission i paid cash after he gave my invoice i notice it said 90 nissan. question him about this and he said they are same if you have any problem bring back .i have all copy off documents to show they gave me wrong one. i installed my self not sub contract like they said and i called on 10/23/15 about warranty .he said he had to come look at car i live 45 minute away he never show.after a week trying to get this taking care of this he got another person involve that dint now what was going on .prior to installing the trans i try to return it .i notice the fluid was dark and try to get another from him he said he dint have another one and i had to paid restocking fee .i have nothing on my invoice saying about this fee .i also have a lawyer if i need to court

  • You are a snake in the grass you know you did not know the make of car till we told you to look in back of car along with vin number you are a snake i have sold many transmissions with zero problems,,,, you put tranny in ???? wow you told three different storys its a shame a company like peoples claim can be used in this manner, as stated you will be receiving paper work on our dis figuration of character this is and will continue to be a business that takes care of hard working Americans that try to make it and have to save money to continue forward ,thanks for trying to hurt that for your gains , but we will see at end how this turns out im very upset and will follow through , if you felt you were in the right and have a lawyer i believe you would have taken this through the correct channels instead of hiding behind this peoples claim for posting all false statements for a measly $7.95 PITIFULL
