Claimant says:
"On 1/02/2012 at 11:22 pm a driver from Passaic County Transit Corp. Which insurance company is Arch insurance company. The policy number is ZACAT9103500. The taxi plate number is OYZ9278. The driver license number is 641234901075030. This man ran inside my house which is located at 794 Madison avenue in Paterson NJ 07501. The taxi driver whose name is Angelo J Jackson who resides at 537 east 27th street, Paterson NJ 07514. He smelled like he had alcohol in his system. I asked the police officer who was there at the time to have him examined for drug and, alcohol. I requested a toxicology report. I knew he was under the influence. I try to find out whether he was drinking and driving. However at the police station located at 111 Broadway in Paterson NJ, when I went to pick up a report they stated only a lawyer could have asset to that information. I explained how he ran the vehicle inside my home. He almost killed my whole family including four adults and three younger children, two dogs who are also like my babies. He was an inch and a half from hitting the gas tank. The car was still running, gasoline was coming out. When he almost hit the gas tank this would have caused the house to explode causing a huge fire. I try to communicate with Passaic County Transit Corp. I was told their lawyers would be handling this matter. Now is being five months. No one has bother to get in contact with me. I still have not heard from anyone from the taxi company. I had to borrow $20,000 dollars in order to do the repairs needed. The wall leading to the attic had to be replaced. The two front porches had to be redone. This happened right after I had spend already $13,000 in repairs to the front porch and first floor. The attic bath room had to be redone again. I could not go to work for three weeks I lost a total of $3,000 in pay. I was afraid to leave my family alone. Every time I went to sleep. I woke up in sweat seeing taxis running me over and, my family. All this because the Passaic County Transit Corp does not have stiffer rules for drivers who are under the influence or driving drunk. Although the driver alleged he was bumped by a driver from Cure insurance company. He could not have hit him hard enough for him to almost kill every one in the house. This is why I want to file a civil suit against Passaic County Transit Corp. Their driver was the one who cause me those damages to my property."
