    Claim No. 3826526-111716

    To Whom It May Concern:

I have received correspondence regarding a complaint filed with PeopleClaim. I welcome the opportunity to assist with this matter.

Ms. Follmer enrolled in our Physical Therapy Aide Career Diploma Program on September 9, 2009 by submitting a down payment and a signed enrollment agreement. Students who complete more than fifty percent of their exams owe the full tuition balance, which is stated on Ms. Follmer’s signed enrollment agreement. Ms. Follmer completed one hundred percent of her exams; therefore, she owes the full tuition balance.

In addition our policy states students are placed in an outside agency if they neglect to make their monthly payments. The last payment we received from Ms. Follmer was on November 10, 2009; as a result, she was placed with American Credit and Collections. Ms. Follmer’s financial responsibility is with that agency. Ms. Follmer would need to contact them to investigate the payments she has in question.

If I can be of any further assistance, please feel free to contact me directly at (570) 961-4014.

    Sincerely,

    Kevin Walsh
