"I WAS A CLIENT FOR FOUR YEARS OR MORE WITH THE LAWN SERVICE. THE OWNER JIM HAD KNOWN THAT THEY HAD DONE DAMAGE TO MY FENCE POSTS (WOODEN FENCE) THEY HAD DAMAGED SEVERAL OF THEM WITH WEED WACKER THAT THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED. ALSO DID DAMAGE WITH WEED WACKER TO MY A/C PAD THAT THE UNIT IS ON HAVE SINCE REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, RUBBER LANDSCAPING TRIM HAD TO BE REPLACED FROM SHREDDING IT WITH THE WEED WACKER. ALSO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO BOTH OF MY OUTSIDE FAUCET HANDLES. HE HAD KNOWN ABOUT THE DAMAGE FOR A LONG TIME AND NOW STATES THE FENCE IS 17 YRS OLD. IT DOES NOT MATTER IT WAS MAINTAINED AND THE BACK OF THE FENCE WHICH IS IN MY NEIGHBORS YARD IS PERFECT THE POSTS HAVE NOT PROBLEMS. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE HE DOESN'T GET BACK TO YOU FOR WEEKS AND YOU NEED TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE HE RETURNS A PHONE CALL. I FEEL I HE NEEDS TO EITHER REPLACE ALL THE POSTS THAT HE HAS RUINED OR PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO REPLACE THEM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY. NOW THAT THE PROBLEM IS BEING ADDRESSED AND I HAVE CANCELLED HIS HORRIBLE SERVICE HE CLAIMS IT'S DUE TO THE AGE OF THE FENCE. I WOULD CALL HIM OUT EVERY OTHER WEEK TO LOOK AT HOW BAD THE POSTS WERE GETTING AND ALL HE COULD SAY IS I DONT KNOW I DONT KNOW WELL HE NEEDS TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT RESPECT OTHER PEOPES PROPERTY INSTEAD OF RUINING THEIR PROPERTY. SEVERAL OF MY NEIGHBORS WOULD TELL ME HOW THEY WOULD HEAR THE GRINDING OF THE WEED WACKER ON THE FENCE EVERY WEEK WHICH HE IS DENYING AND TELLING ME THAT MY NEIGHBOR BEHIND ME ONLY WEED WACK ONCE A MONTH. HE IS AN ASSHOLE AND HE NEEDS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. HE NEEDS TO BE PUT ON THE LIST FOR NOT RECOMMENDING HIM FOR HIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIES."
