That is footage from Suntrup Hyundai. I received that footage before Jennifer gross decided no on my claim which I've paid 500 a month for comprehensive Collision in roadside assistance. Jiffy Lube installed O2 sensors in my car 2012 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 and demons did bad enough to where it wouldn't start. Come to find out that they weren't even supposed to be doing a 02 replacements and it was after hours in Bay to a Jiffy Lube Live at 7210 Watson. Jennifer groh's never look at the videos or even saw this video because I just received it. Never offered me a rental car or any help whatsoever. She sent me a $3,000 premium raise."

    I have had no tickets or accidents(that haven't been forgiven) and they raised my premium 3k and disregard my needs and refuse to help me. Ms. Gross finally returned my 115.00 for the tow bill. I originally had it towed to a progressive approved shop. They said they couldn't fix it and had me tow it to the dealership which assessed the problem being the replacement of 02 sensors done by jiffy lube and a blown fuse. Why couldn't the mechanic that jiffy lube represents fix that?? My thoughts are they didn't want to pay for it. Now I'm stuck with over 2k dollar bill from suntrup and 3k premium raise. This is what I get for being a valued customer?
