Claimant says:
"I purchased a (11,000.00) water softener system from this company. They installed the system at my residence. After 2 years I moved and had to have the system relocated. I paid to have the system moved by the company. After having a busted pipe I discovered that the company had installed the system in a location that was not servicing my residence. This went on for 3 years without my knowledge. I notified the company, a gentlemen who identified himself as Matt, the manager, came out to my residence. He verified that indeed the system was installed in the incorrect place and was not servicing my residence. After Matt left my residence I have not been able to contact him or the company. My calls to the office have gone unanswered."
