Claimant says:
"on Thur Feb 18th I went to Ramos Furniture to purchase a sectional and bed room set I saw on their site on line sales associate Ana Maria helped me that day I ordered 2,150.00 worth of furniture after I was told it will arrive with in two weeks. on tue march 1st the day before two weeks I call ana to check on the status of my items she then told me it wont be until the next weekend the 5 or 6th of march. on fri the 4th I get a call from ramos saying my stuff will be delivered on wen march 9th ,on tue march 8th I get a call from romas confirming my delivery for wen march 9th between 9am and 12pm I took that day off from work to be here on wen the 9th no delivery no call I call romos at 1:30 pm to find out what happened the man said he would check and find and would call me right back, no call back. I call again at 2:30 by this time I'm upset the man puts me on the phone with their manager Richard who then tells me that the driver called my home a spoke to my husband who rescheduled the delivery for thur, I have no husband no boyfriend no man at my home at all and my phone has been in my hand all day! when I told Richard that he told me his driver has no reason to lie to him I again told him I have no husband and iv had my phone in my hand all day I told Richard he obviously called the wrong number he then read back my number it was right but again I have no husband no boyfriend and my phone has been in my hand all day so Richard tells me he can have my stuff delivered on sat, this is now going over three weeks I said no I can not take another day off, so i tell Richard he needs to have my stuff delivered today as promised he said he would see what he could do and call me back 5pm no call back i have now ordered a U-Haul to go get my stuff myself after iv paid the 89.00 delivery fee i have to pay another 50.00 for a uhaul. i am so done with this company."
