  • Notice: ‘The U.S. District Court has entered a preliminary injunction against Zurixx, LLC and its affiliates and appointed Holland & Hart LLP as the receiver for Zurixx and its related entities on November 1, 2019. For general information about the receivership, including answers to frequently asked questions, please see the receiver’s website at www.Zurixx.com. The website contains copies of the complaint filed by the Federal Trade Commission and the Utah Division of Consumer Protection and other documents, including the stipulated preliminary injunction that the court entered. The order is preliminary and the case is still pending. Additional Information about the Zurixx case and claims against Zurixx will be made available on the Zurixx.com website when available; however, the case is still ongoing and it will be several months before claims information is available. All claimants should consider filing complaints with the FTC if they have not done so. Holland & Hart LLP will use the Zurixx.com website as the main means of communicating with claimants and others, so please check it on a regular basis.’ In the event that Zurixx and its affiliates file bankruptcy, creditors are directed to the appropriate bankruptcy court to determine whether their claims have been discharged. Claimant says:
"We paid over $88,000.00 to this company. They kept asking for more money and making promises that they didn't keep. They had a vendor Return on Rentals come to their Las Vegas seminar and pressured us to buy two properties that they represented as "good income producing properties that are turn-key" when in fact they weren't. They also had invited a company, Tax Lien Buyers Club, for fees to help us to purchase tax liens. They claimed they researched the properties and that we would make great money or be able to keep the house. They asked us to call our credit card companies and increase our lines of credit to pay for the next level of memberships. They suggested taking out money out of our retirement accounts.
Not knowing about these markets or this type of investing we were left hanging to figure it out on our own. We were supposed to be taught to invest, we just ended up broke. Not only have we lost all this money, but we've lost more in the bad investments they claimed that even the DIY people on the HGTV would consider great. We want our money back and for them not to do this to others. For all others who were a part of this we hope they get resolution as well. This company is a fraud."
