Claimant says:
"Residential came to my house to fix a few projects I needed done. Under the sink a pipe is leaking, and I needed a washer put in the pipe where it connected. The man (Kelly) did not complete one project. He wired up my pipe and sawed the board that was wet and warped .broke it off and said he would be with an estimate of what it was all going to cost and charge me $352,52. I feel that 350$ is out for sawing a board and wiring up a pipe. if it was to give me an estimate I should not have had to pay $160;00 an hr. he was here for 2 1/2 hrs took off 1/2 an hr for talking which should have been 1 1/2 hrs."
