"The company (Rest Ware) in question is a furniture store that sold my elderly parents a defective mattress for their bed. And they are not willing to resolve the issue as far as refunding the price of the mattress or even deliver a new or replacement mattress. I feel that this establishment is taking advantage of senior citizens and needs to be publicly admonished and made to honor their contract with the consumers as far as satisfying the customer."
