Claimant says:
"Approximately in March of 2016, we withdrew our retirement funds to pursue a career in real estate flipping. As instructed per REW personnel, we invested $70,000 on different workshops and travel to different states for conferences.

In August of 2016 REW funded 80% and we received the addional 20% from a gap lender who was recommended by REW to complete our first ever project house to rehab. After running into trouble with the project, I reached out to REW for support like we were instructed to do so with zero response and the REW 80% investor foreclosed with out notification and ended up selling the house on the court room steps in Corpus Christi, Texas leaving us with nothing but a debt. Shortly after this time we found out the 20% gap lender, which was referred by REW, was never listed as the second lien holder, leaving us with even a greater debt."

  • I have been unsuccessful at making contact with Aaron Darby since 1-22-18 at 5:00 PM central time. Aaron said he had to communicate with his boss and he would call me back on 1-23-18 at 5:00 PM central time and I have yet to hear back from him and it’s 1-28-18

    REW will not be providing you with a refund. Because of your actions, stealing funds from another REW student, you have severally damaged the reputation of REW. We are consulting with our attorneys in bringing possible action against you. This post is blatantly false and defamatory and we demand you remove it immediately.

  • So now ON 2-6-18 I'm getting threatened by REW's attorney Guardian Law to remove the public posting or REW will purse charges on ME . AFTER THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME FROM MY RETIREMENT FUNDS !!!!! I'm not trying to scam them for money , I'm just trying to get back what belongs to me after there broken promises.

  • Steeling !!!! I find that very offense , the accousation of me steeling from REW student !!!!! The funds were in fact used for the rehab and I have paper trail to prove this. But when I ran into a jam REW would not support me AS PROMISED and the home was sold out from under me. SO WHO IS STEELING FROM WHO ???

    Aaron and the team from REW, and their network of people tend to hide behind entities. Unfortunately once they receive your funds, they are not in a hurry to work with you to solve the problem... Unfortunately many people have been hurt by their business practices, but it's all business to these individuals behind their network. Wish you the best to receive your refund and hoping REW will begin to be more honest with the people and offer solutions more promptly!
