Claimant says:
"The cops had my moped taken to Riggins towing, after my court date, I ask where my moped was taken to after my hearing and all fines paid. The court said they didn't know and to go to the police station. The police didn't know where it was taken and that I had to talk to the officer that had it towed. The officer told me it was at Cape May Riggins ( this was not the right place). This number is not in the phone book and 411 operator gave me a fax number. New to this area and not able to locate my moped I ask a friend, he mentioned a place called Riggins towing which is down the street from Cape May Riggins. It took me 3 weeks to locate my moped. Once there, I found the place and it's a small gas station. They want almost $1,100 dollars for it. It's the size of a bicycle not a car or a truck. They (Riggins) brought a U-Haul truck to take my moped and it's still in there. My complaint is this $1,100 is a RIP OFF. The moped is worth about $400.00. So now they have my moped and I can't afford or do I feel it's worth that much. Please help."
