Claimant says:
"After this company had my contract for 2 months they decided that they would cancel my contract without notifying me. This was after they tried to fix refrigerator several times and failed. So when they appliance repair person called in my house to tell them he could not fix it. they told him someone would be getting in contract with me about sending a check to replace this appliance. It costs over 3,000.00 dollars. So when they fount this out they cancelled without even telling me. And I was told too bad. Even when it is written in contract they will replace my appliance. I was spoke to like I was not a smart person. I was told to go after Samsung they sold me a lemon and They wasn't worried about how they treated Samsung customers they did more business with G.E. appilances . This company sent me the contract and now they are saying they have 90 days, but NO Where written does it say this. They just pulled it out of the air. I have not been able to use this appliance in 3 months not to mention all the food I lost when the repair people would leave and say ok its fixed!! This company need to be held responsible for what is written in this contract. The Manager Dave who works there even spoke to me on May 11 and never said anything about cancelling contract. They did it the next day and even noted they tried to reach me which was a lie!! How do I know this I have Cancer and I have my phone on 24 hours a day 7 days a week. And every time they ever called me before this I answered or called back!! Come on!! I will post everyday on facebook, twitter, consumer affairs about this company and their practices I am also contacting Arbitration about this matter. I will not let this go I am sick of companies being dishonest to the consumers!! I am one but I will no stop. P.S. I have orginial contract!!"
