Claimant says:
"I made a deposit of $10680 at the Pearman Dairy Rd branch on June 2. I had attempted to make it at Antrim Dr but the teller had no idea what was going on with the holds or how long they would be. I waited 10 minutes while she tried to get someone on the phone to no avail so I left and went to Pearman Dairy. At Pearman Dairy I waited 10 minutes to talk to the branch manager while she was on the phone discussing something about putting coupons in bags-probably not bank business. She told me $5000 of my deposit would be available in 2 business days. This did not happen. I had to call on the third day to get them to release it. I made a $2795 deposit at Butler Rd on 6/3. $200 of that deposit should have been available the next business day. I was told it was not because I was overdrawn. This was not NSF- it was uncollected and was only for 1 business day. Today I have spent most of my morning on the phone or waiting for calls back. I finally spoke to the manager at Butler Rd after being routed to the wrong branch twice and he stated he had to contact Anderson to see why the hold is in place with $200 not being released. At the end of March I deposited almost $27,000 in funds that were made available as checks cleared. I had no returned checks ingoing or outgoing. I am filing complaints with the Federal Reserve, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, SC Office of the Commissioner, and the BBB. This not only cost me all kinds of time running around and waiting for phone calls, it was unduly stressful."
