Claimant says:
"I am submitting this problem on behalf of a Spanish individual, Porfirio Franco Resendiz, telephone 256-348-1541, at his request. Mr. Stucky contracted with Mr. Anthony Swaggerty to paint a home at 112 Chadwick Dr, Madison, AL and made a verbal agreement with Mr. Resendiz to complete the paint job the week of 5 April 2014 for the amount of $1,300.00; Mr. Resendiz finished the job and was too have been paid on 11 April 2014. Mr Swaggerty (the home owner) paid Mr. Stucky; however, Mr. Stuckyt has not paid Mr. Resendiz. He does not deny that he owes the money - just keeps making excuses as to why he cannot pay. Mr. Resendiz has many text messages from Mr. Stucky of promises to pay and excuses why he can't pay."

    117 Gilley Dr, Harvest, AL (instead of C/o Barefoot Roofing) - he is no longer employed there and Barefoot Roofing is not involved in this dispute in any way.
