"Shane Wagoner/JAG Horses advertised a sound horse, as well as a horse with a specific skill set that would fit all of our many needs. He confirmed in an e-mail (as well as on the phone) horse was sound (ad said would pass vet), as well he said this horse would do all the things we do with our horses. This is a man that advertises his over thirty years experience. Showed up here not sound... he said he would give us a refund (I contacted him right away), and txt us he would do so as well. Then started saying he would do nothing but take the horse back and sell it for us.. No promise as to what we would get back.My family suffered both financially and emotionally from this guy. I have a Vet certificate that states this horse has an old injury and have had other equine professionals look at this horse, and all said the guy very much misrepresented this horses abilities as well. Very dishonest man. He is now not responding to my efforts to reconcile this matter, so now Im going public in hopes that at the very least it stops others from having the same heartache my husband our three kids and I have suffered."

  • There are no remedies in your contract for the type of business you conducted or for the fact you sold me a lame horse that I had to invest thousands in vet bills to determine cause as soon as it stepped off the trailer. When I first called you, you said you would give us our money back and that you where sorry, but try giving him Previcox until the trailer arrives and see if it makes a difference.... No difference because this is not something any drug can fix, and by the time the trailer was due to come you changed your story and said you would only sell the horse for us. No guaranty what we would get back and we would have to pay another $500 to get the horse back to you ( not to mention the fact you would be pulling the same scheme on some other poor sole and the poor horse suffering threw all of this for YOUR benefit). I also tried to offer you to just pay half of the purchase price back and I would find him a nice home as a pasture ornament on a ranch to live out his days, and you declined. You have been horrible to deal with and it shocks me how blatantly you lied ( even given the fact I have txts, emails and vet cert. that proove I am telling the truth). I am not black mailing you. If you where honest and held true to your word and stood behind your product and your business then none of this would be happening and instead of a complaint I would be singing your praises. You still have time to try to make things right. After the fourth I won't consider any offers to remedy... I will let this website take things to the public, the news, and the BBB.

  • "There are remedies in the contract that address the issue asserted. I have forwarded the file to attorneys for libel considerations. The contract will not be overturned by threats of Black Mail and will not be tried by public opinion."

  • He is dishonest. Currently representing himself as a representative of 3 Wings of Life. Took a donated horse on the charity's behalf and can now assume he has personally profited from the horse, since the charity has never seen this horse.

  • Be careful of Shane. He will threaten you......he has done this to so many people and continues to get away with it. He moves around. I am surprised he is still at this location because he has been evicted numerous times. You would think a man, his age, would get a real job but he makes his money by ripping people off......
