Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I personally would not recommend Shear Comfort, Ltd to ANYONE! The samples they provide are so that you will purchase, only to receive a lesser quality. The customer service is worthless, when I actually did speak to someone [ONCE] the lady kept putting me on hold to ask her manager questions and the phone call ended with her calling me back with an answer regarding my refund. I am still waiting almost 2 weeks later. I try calling them only to receive VM. My advice, stay away from Shear Comfort, Ltd."

  • I ordered seat covers from Shear comfort on Oct 15th. Got them in, the bottom portion of the covers looks like it's for a totally different car. I sent pictures of the POOR fit and quality. They email me back and say "try to adjust them". Yes I think that was my first try, like I'm totally stupid. I had to ship them back on November 7th. I emailed a few times over the course of weeks. I was told by cutomer service they would email the tracking info when they went out last we spoke. Dec. 16th, I still have not received covers. They tell me they were delivered on the 14th? Ok what happened to letting me know they were on the way? I called UPS, Shear comfort put the wrong address on the box and they were dropped at different address. Exactly how hard is it to put the correct address on the box? I checked my original order from them in my email box, which has the CORRECT address I put in when ordered and they confirmed this. This company is just unprofessional and you really need to save your time and money. Look elsewhere as you will get a lesser quality product even when it's TWO MONTHS LATE !
