Claimant's opinion: I should not have to "Fred Flinstone" stop my bike. The brakes should not be an issue. The damage is not tolerable.
I feel that the length of time it's taken to try to use the bike I bought, and the money put into it, that more than enough chances were given to make it right. now I just want to be done with it, get my initial money back, and buy from a store that will not rip it's customers off. my next step is to post pictures and receipts online.
LIE! I do not have a claim filed with Amazon. I never used Amazon for anything. I bought my bike through wal-mart website using my walmart credit card! Lie! you only finally had me send bike back to you once after you had me waste time and money having my local bike shop assemble and inspect my bike and had to make adjustments several times. You lied and said you had me send the bike to you twice. Lie! Only once. The postal service can verify that lie. Your next scam was having me wait and have my bike shop inspect and make adjustments to my brakes several times and to my chain several times to keep it from falling off. Then you wanted to say its been longer than 30days no returns sorry. You had that planned for me to waste time when the bike should have been sent back instantly. But due to your recommendation that I wait longer to have my bike inspected. you lie lie lie. My bike shop name is Wilson's Cycle, 1-309-829-6824, 424 N. Main st., Blm, IL. I just left my bike shop yesterday after they made adjustments to bike brakes on bike. they can testify to the issues with the bike as well as the work they have performed. Why you would lie and not make good on a $750 purchase is because you are located in Nevada and I'm in Illinois. I have emails from get go of getting bike when I first notified you of problems. Why the delay. For you to lie and say its been to long now. I even still have an email you sent saying it was my fault in choice of assembly for problems with the bike. My choice of assembly was your recommendation of my bike shop. They know what they are doing and I have no problem with them. Why else would I have spent a couple hundred dollars more at their shop buying lights, new seat, speedometer, etc. at their shop. Why would I still be going back if I thought they didn't know what they were doing. I trust them. They can verify your crappy bike. They can verify you sent my bike back damaged, scratched up all over, as well as I have pictures, my mom has pictures of the bike before I sent to you. The bike shop can also verify there was no damage to any tire which you say there was so that's why you sent a 3rd tire back with a brand new bike. Huh? I already asked if the tire was compensation for the damage and my brakes not being fixed. You said no. You knew of no damage. Lie! I now know it was retaliation for complaining and sending my bike back ONCE. You said the bike met your specifications. That's fine and dandy for you. But my bike shop can verify that is a lie that they just made brake adjustments yesterday for me. Since my chain keeps coming off track, only s. Is it the right chain the right chain that should have came with the bike even? Crazy! You stole from me from the beginning. You sold me a lemon, then had me waste time with another bike shop, then say its past your 30 day return policy. I can't believe your in business. Well yes I can. You rip of people in other states over the internet. God Bless You.
Shop247 knows better than to contact the bike shop that helped assemble my bike when first got it and that has had to work on it several times. The reason being is their business values suck. They lie. They have you waste time and money with other bike shops they reomended you use. Then say you kept the bike to long its used. They lie and print out postage labels that were canceled and not used to say they had me send the bike back to them for inspection twice. My Bloomington Illinois postal service can verify that lie. Only once you took your crap bike back. Then retaliated by sending my bike back damaged with a 3rd tire for some reason. I have even given my bike shops name, number and address to verify work done, problems and money spent. The reason you won't call them is because you know they'll tell the truth. York horrible people to rip me off of my initial $750, then not make good on your product, then crash it or what ever you did testing it out on your one inspection, then sending it back damaged and not fixed. I just hope to alert and help prevent one person from using your store shop247. If you backed up your product you would have contacted the bike shop Wilson Cycle I used to inspect and assemble the bike as well as work on. Another lie you told is the bike was returned to you after months of use. That's bull. The bike couldn't be used because of the chain falling off problems and brake problems plus you never would have taken it back the one time you did if it had been months of use because of your 30 days rip off policy. You guys #! $/#!@&.
"This buyer has filed a claim with Amazon and BBB as well - both claims were denied because the bike was sent back to us for inspection after months of use. It passed all inspection and was in perfect working order and sent back to the buyer. The buyer wanted to return the unit but we do not accept returns that are used and passed 30 days of delivery. After the return was denied, the buyer claim malfunctions - so we again inspected it and it was in perfect working order, and the bike was returned the buyer. All other claims, Amazon and BBB, this buyer has submitted were already denied due to the fact it had passed our inspections, passed our return period, and the item was used and assemble by the customer/third party. We are no longer liable for this return or refund. The bike still carries a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against any defects."

To Shop247:
In replying to your response, this claimant says (June 11) he did not file a claim against you through Amazon. He says he notified you by email when he first noticed problems after receiving his newly-purchased bike. He also points out that the third-party bike shop he used in Bloomington for assembly and repairs was recommended by you. He says this shop will verify his assertions about condition of the bike before and after your own repairs, and he has photo proof. There are several other points where he directly disagrees your statements. Can you please address his 6-11-16 reply
I didn't see shop247's response until after I posted my last resolution. The response seems reasonable on the surface. Brian can you pls respond? I will then confirm or offer a new solution. Why did you send back the bike so late? (assuming you did send it after the 30 days). How much had you used it before sending it back? Is it possible that the damage occurred while it was in your possession? I assume not, but because it was returned late, you have a difficult case against them IMO
Good luck
Ok once again, I didn't see all of Brian's rebuttals. Seems He has a stronger case and Shop 247 is disingenuous in their response. I stand with my first suggestion. Shop247 needs to reimburse him for the cost of the bike. Their rebuttal seems hollow.

PeopleClaim is a new way to resolve disputes online without lawyers or mediators. By inviting suggestions from the public, disputing parties get ideas that can lead to settlement – and the person(s) who contributed them can win a reward.
Here's what to do: Read the case (left side of page). Then go to the bottom of the page and enter your suggestion in the space provided. Click the Solution button.
Your suggestion will be sent to both parties and will post on the claim. If the two sides agree to settle based on your suggestion, you're eligible to win. Note: Cash rewards may be split among more than one person if settlement depends on ideas from more than one contributor. If you have a claim of your own to resolve, click here.
