he also with held my truck key because i wasnot going to sign a invoice that he wrote a lot of false statement he had on after about 5min.he gave it to me.this is only part of the bad treatment that i got from him nobody else in the shop.
what you said is untrue all you want to do is not stand behind your warranty so you will say anything are do anything .i have witness that the brakes shoes was use or the same one was put back on my truck that was soak in brake fluid.i though that out all the shops i check with that day you were the only one could get the parts that day,the other shop told me that the only place they could get the parts was from the dealer and that they have to order them, and it take about a day are two.the mech and was talking he was telling me about how they were trying to save money me by not changeing hub assembly ,i told him that it cheaper to do it right the first time.the vietnamese came over and told me, that he heard his boss ask me did i want just the seal i told him what else would say that your boss.when his boss start making stuff up what no use in trying to come up with a solution. for what ever reason he took advanage of my trust.not standing behind his work and the stuff he making up.all i want is to be compensated for my lose.
"Mr Mcgrew's decision was to replace the axle seal only or the axle seal with hub bearing assembly to stop the leak. Mr Mcgrew chose the less expensive repair, as would I on my car to see if it would cure the problem. If not, the hub bearing assy would have to be replaced. The repair cost to remove the left rear axle assy -install new axle shaft seal was $303.65. To replace the left rear hub bearing, clips, retainers and seals parts cost from Toyota are approx $423.96-parts only (see itemized part number and cost listed below). Mr Mcgrew returned Mar 12, 2012 with the axle leaking oil again. The technician disassembled the left rear axle and bearing assembly for inspection. The hub bearing assembly will need to be replaced to stop the leak and the brake shoes are saturated again due to the oil leaking. Siegen Car Care offered to replace the hub assy for parts cost only since it was apart and the fact that this was the original conversation when the vehicle was originally repaired. Mr Mcgrew chose not to complete the repair. The technician reinstalled the axle assembly, replaced the rear brake shoes on left and right side of the vehicle again. This 4.5 hour job was at zero cost to the customer. On the point of poor customer service, poor quality, safety etc. Mr Mcgrew was treated with respect, promptness (while he waited). The same can not be held true for Mr Mcgrew whom told one of my workers " shut up man, I cant even understand you. I dont want to talk to you!" This employee is Vietnamese and has an accent. Secondly, he stated to another employee " You know what you doing putting that back together? I sure hate to go wreck my truck uh huh." No business would tolerate prejudice and demeaning behavior from their employees. However, Mr Mcgrew felt quite comfortable publicly displaying his prejudice demeaning attitude.Bottom line: Mr Mcgrew made the decisions for his vehicle repairs given the options presented. When further repairs were needed he declined. Siegen Car Care offered to install the additional parts necessary for part cost only which would have been the original cost of the repair had he chosen to make that repair in DecemberToyota part #s and price: hub bearing assy 4246004010 $385.53; o-ring 9030183002 $3.51; oil seal 9031058003 $7.94; clip 9052041019 $1.87; retainer 4242360050 $24.08; axle flange gasket 4244435050 $ 1.03"
