"BOUGHT A CAR AS IS FOR 90 DAYS FULL COVERAGE FRONT TO END! PARTS ELECTRICAL ANY THING FOR 90DAYS AFTER THAT IM' ON MY OWN HASN'T HONERED ANY OF IT.TOOK THIS CAR IN 3 TIMES IN ONE MONTH SPENDING LOTS OF MONEY ON THINGS HE SHOULD OF DONE"

  • Mr. Viramontes. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your transaction. However, we respectfully disagree with the facts of your complaint. The vehicle was on or about August 2, 2016 with a 3 Mo/3000 Mile service agreements. It was not a “full coverage front to end” service agreement. The scope of the service agreement was available to you as you were given a copy of the agreement. Furthermore, we disagree with the amounts of money allegedly paid by you. That being said, customer service and satisfaction is always of utmost importance to our business. I welcome you to come and personally meet with us to see how we can resolve your concerns.Add your information here
