Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My 2012 Mazda Miata has not served me well, since its purchase on 08-01-2012. As your records will indicate, the automobile has been there on numerous occasions & trouble has not yet been resolved. I realize that with the problem being intermittent, it is difficult to isolate & resolve. However, I feel that I have been most patient, easy to work with & do not wish to have the vehicle returned to me. I have no confidence in its performance & it has totally inconvenienced me on many occasions. I am seeking a refund because I do not feel confident in owning any other Mazda vehicles. It was my first & I sincerely hope for it to be my last. Thank-you for your time."

  • I purchased a seven year warranty agreement,so you are out of luck on that reason.You are also out of luck since the car has indeed still exhibiting the very same issues.I picked up vehicle on 12-04-14,after having to supposedly been repaired & had it towed yet again on 12-10-14.of course the servich technicians say that it has been repaired,as they have the last seven times,but it has not been.skyland thinks that the trouble is resolved at this time,but that remains to be seen.I will be picking it up tomorrow 12-12-14 & we shall see if it has truly been repaired.I still feel that even if it has been actually fixed,that I deserve some compensation for all the inconvenience that I have experienced.i do not believe that the key is the problem,as they have said,but we all shall see.Thank-you.

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • "Vehicle is currently not exhibiting any issues. No repairs to be made at this time. Vehicle has been previously repaired as per the new vehicle limited warranty. Any further issues or requests will have to be made to Mazda."
