"I'm single working female with eight year son. I had 2014 jeep compass which I lease through
Smith Haven chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in St. James N.Y.. After being in encouraged to release
another Jeep. I was asked if I had made my last payment of which I said yes. At that point they
released the 2017 cherokee with $4531 down. With out saying anything about outstanding balance
of 1 years payments on 2014 compas. So I'm obigated for another $4500. to Teacher credit union of
which has the car and they also added another $2000 in cost. I had excellent credit to this point.

    My name is Bill Ballan the General manager for the Smith Haven auto group. I pulled your deal folder and our dealership did not mishandle your deal in any way. All documentation pertaining to your off lease vehicle was signed by you stating that we were not making any monetary agreements regarding the off lease vehicle. I f You would like to contact me at 631-863-2000 ext. 2009 I will be glad to arrange a meeting with you.
