Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Been customer for over 10 years - very happy with in house service - became ill and trusted Sparkle Bright to perform weekly pool cleaning service. They were to provide service weekly - which includes brushing - vacuuming - skimming - testing every week .... (this service was not performed).... only skimming was done week after week ... They were notified of this several times via phone calls from me and a friend helping me during my illness... We were told and promising to take care of this situation .. (no avail) happen again and again - gave them too many changes and now I am being penalized - due to my authorization of a Discover credit card. I dispute two months of services not rendered - which I thought was overly fair... they were dishonest and disputed my claim and Discover recharged me ... I want them to pay for the service NOT provided and all the stress. depression harassment - but most of all there dishonesty response with My discover credit card - making me look like a liar === Please help me make this company honest with there customers.... and have the customers aware of the job they are to do every week..."

  • We did do service for Debbi Fiore from April 21st to Aug4th she only paid through the month of July never paid nor did we charge her for the last week of service in Aug because she called and was not happy wanting only our manager Michael to service the pool whom she liked only his services out of 5 service techs. Michael did her pool for the most of the month of June and July while training a new experienced tech the route her pool was on as ms Fiore had explained she was very happy with Michaels service but then she had Discover reverse the payments for first July then June which was $180.and also This has costed us $60 in bank fees so far and she received her last week for free. The claim with Discover is still under investigation as we have provided them proof of all the trans actions. we are very sorry Ms Fiore is unhappy we tried to do all we can but we can not pull the store manager out of the store to do her pool every week , it seems out of the other 5 techs someone had to beable to to her pool to her satisfaction. We had all intentions of trying to resolve this issue until she reversed the payments for the months that she claims she was satisfied with the services. What Ms Fiore does not understand we had to pay for the employee, gas,chemicals,workman's comp, service truck, etc for these services for her pool to be serviced.When she called at the end of July stating her dissatisfaction with that one weeks service ,we did do as she asked and was credited for her last week of service. We have all records to prove all of this. We are very sorry that it has come to this because in the past 8 years of owning this business we have NEVER Had a negative complaint ! Our customers satisfaction have and always will come first.

  • You are such dishonest people - this will continue - you know you are speaking FALSE words - your clients must be totally unaware that your pool service includes a weekly vacuuming needed or not - and you know this was NEVER done - you know it- I know it //// You know I made several complaints to PAT and MIKE are you also deigning this? I can not believe you are doing this to a client who been with you for over 10 years... taking advantage of the disabled...HOW SAD YOU ARE FOR ONLY 180.00 poor poor PR

  • I also understand your costs (how about mine) - I am not a dummy as you peg me out to be - your associate always arrived I am not disputing that - I am disputing the service - NO ONE vacuumed or brush the pool WEEKLY which was in your service that was even told to me by you PAT - why do you keep changing the real subject with this case?????
