Claimant says:
"loan 5000.00 to save home from foreclosure bank deposited in wrong account,she promised to repay when she got her income tax check back this was 13 december 2012, I said okay,june 2013,asked if she was going to pay me she said she didn't get what she thought she was to get back,twice she said I have check for you that I never got or she didn't have my address (mother had address)so no check,in july she sent me a check for 400.00 and a note saying will pay me bi-weekly no money since then,she barred me from facebook won't answer my phone calls I think she thinks if she waits long enough I will die and she won't have to pay me,what can I Do she works in detroit as a probation officer and she has proved to be a bigger thief than what thy are.can you help me!!!!"
