Claimant says:
"I am insured with State Farm for many years I have policies covering my car and RV .On Aug.08,2014 I took my vehicle on the road to be smog on my way there I stopped for gas and fuelled at shell at the location of Hacienda Dr.and hacienda Crossings in Dublin,Ca.when ready to go my vehicle will not stat again I suspected a battery problem so I try looking for help,I was in the middle portion of three pumps blocking everybody I decided to call my roadside emergency assistance number asking for a jump start or tow truck .I was told by the operator my policy did not cover those services,I was requested to pay up-front $ 75.00 for a jump start or $ 200.00 Dlls for a tow truck ,I was asked my birthdate and told I will receive


help right away I let them know I was fully covered,next I called my local agent they call this operator and told them about my coverage and were told to give me assistance.the the I was told help will be sent......hours began to passed ( I had asked for assistance around 2:30 P M during 2-11 P.M.at intervals I was promised help when I called to asked for an up-date I was left waiting on the line etc.finnally around 11:30 P.M I was asked where the tw truck was to take me I told them I was told to get out of there several times by police,security and gas attendants I finally was "pushed aside"I was know sleeping in the street on a cold night embarrassed,humilliated and feeling grossly discriminated,where will I go..? in the middle of the night...? I told them the business I was going to opened at 9:00 A.M.next day.

Then arragements were made to have a tow truck on my site next day.only if I call in.I was finnally picked up and delivered to the smog station at 10:30 A.M.Aug.09,2014.i got a battery charge,smog test given and certificate arriving home nearly 20 hours latter exhausted and very sad.
I need to bring to your attention the fact that:
A) I was given bad service
B) lied to (told I had no coverage)
C) asked for money up-front or no help will be given ( a possible scam)
D) I was asked my birth date (age discrimination had nothing to do with help requested)
E) embarrassed,humilliated,discriminated because of my Latin name a perfect victim...?)


F) forced to sleep in the street on a cold night.
G)forced to wat nearly 20 hours.
