Claimant says:
"I was driving on Harlem street going north and I was going to take left hand turn on Foster Ave . I decided that I will fill my tank first and go to the gas station that is on the left side just on the corner with Harlem and Foster. There are two lanes for cars going north and the left turn lane with arrows painted on it for cars that want to turn left. While I was driving on this lane (about 5m/h) the car crashed into mine while coming from Carmen St on my right. The cars on my right site were standing still, while there was space just for this one car. Luckily for me a detective from Oak Park - Michael O'Connor witnessed this accident. The moment I stopped he drove up to me, asked me if I am all right and he said: "Obviously that was his fault". In all my reasoning it was 100% the other party's fault, and I am willing to go to court to prove it. I filed a claim with the other party insurance company State Farm from which I got a letter on Saturday 7-20-13 stating that the traffic on the lane that I was in is not allowed and they are denying my claim."
