Claimant says:
"I had my oil changed & fuel filter changed,requested Ford filters & oil to be installed on my truck. They broke my lower fuel filter housing, they had Ford to bring a new housing, then broke that one too. They taped the broke one up & left it on. They also put the wrong oil in it, installed lower fuel filter wrong. Then they cranked on it for 4 hours dry with no fuel in the system. This compromised the upper fuel pump by the cranking of it. Ford said that by dry cranking i, it may run 1 hour or maybe 1 or 2 months, but it was going to quit working because it was severly damaged by cranking the engine over dry. They didn't use Ford products like I requested, they said they had them in stock. They broke vaccum lines in the process & I went to Ford then to Auto Zone and replaced them myself. Then when my truck quit I called them and asked them to pay for the damages. Ford and Mickeys Auto Repair both said the damage was due to John Stockbauer Auto Care. John Stockbauer Auto Care stated no it started and ran out of there."
