Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Karen and Nelson Burkhardt, owners of Sunshine Resale Store, 415 W. Perkins Ave. Sandusky, Ohio owe me $800.00. They sold me a broken Cappacino Machine and an old coffee machine with a warning plate, instead of the 3 burner Bunn, I requested. The sales slip # 666810 lists all the items I bought which include these two items. Nelson delivered the items. Nelson said he would pay me after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He did not follow through and pay me. He told me to take him to court and that there was nothing I could do to get my money back. I have filed a complaint on Ripe Off.com. In there reply they denied that they even sold me these items. My employees were there when Nelson delivered the items to my business. Dan Wooddrift carried these items into their store when I returned them to their store. I was a good customer and passed out their business cards from Fremont to Lorain. I spent hundreds of dollars in their store and expect to be treated fairly. Keeping $800.00 for returned item is not a fair business practice. Kathy Skibniewski"

  • Kathy Skibniewski are you forgetting the bad check you wrote us ? You need to finish paying for the item's . Theses items were removed from your store for non payment , you still have a balnce of 380.00 that you owe us ! You need to try and slander hard working people because your own business failed ? And you are right we will be taking you to court for the money you owe us . You keep making up a new story every time you write something , what is wrong with you ? your a real good fiction writer , Are you for getting about the money we loaned you ? to get you out of trouble which I won't say what trouble it was , I will say you did pay that back , but never loan her money or take a check from her ! Or any type of business with her .For the people that know her , no what I mean ....

  • Great, you are now telling the truth that I bought these items from you, not a driver that works for you, as you have stated in the past on Rip Off.com. We are making progress. The check for $1,425.00 cleared the bank like all my checks do. I will proved this cleared check in court if needed. I do not write bad checks; now that is slander.I do have a case against you.I am a good writer, I have my Masters plus 80 hours. I have a good education and taught for 31 years in Shawnee Mission Public Schools, which has national recognition. I am not a fiction writer, I tell the truth. Fiction is made up, a story, not the truth. Speaking about truths, I never took a loan from you; that is fiction. You know nothing about my business, which you think you do; that is fiction. I have never been in trouble; that is fiction. This is also slander.I do not owe you $380.00; that is fiction. You are the fiction writer, and may I say not a very good one at that. Have someone read your fictional responses for corrections needed in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and capitalization errors before postings. You could also have someone read it to take out all the untruths which would leave nothing to say. The only people that we both know are the people that I gave your cards to visit your store. They no longer go to your store, because you have not repaid me the $800.00 you owe me. They think this is wrong. My Sandusky friends say your business is slow, sorry about that. Maybe, Nelson's big idea not to pay me back was not such a good idea. Kathy Skibniewski

  • It would have been so much better for your business to return the $800.00 you owe me. I have been to Sandusky and your parking lot is always empty. Remember, your bad business practices have hurt your business, but your empty store must remind you daily.
