"I received a call from Synchrony Bank back in November 2017 and they when was I going to make a payment because it was past due. I gave the lady bank account information made the payment and asked if she could take off the late charges and she said okay, and I also asked to have my payments deducted each month from my checking account and she said she would. after going round and around with customer service I've gotten nowwhere, I've got three lates on my credit report and they say no one can help me until I bring my account current. every time I ask for a supervisor I get the person India and the only thing they ask when are you going make a payment!!!"
