"I Purchased a Home Appliance Warranty Contract About Three Years ago From System Protect The Agreement is very simple for a monthly payment of 34.95 they will Fix Any Appliance that is Broken up to $ 50.000.00 Dollars once i Meet and 85.00 Dollar Copay .
A month ago My AC System Unit Failed So i Called System Protect and placed a claim they sent out a technician who look and troubleshoot the unit and determine that the evaporator had a leak and that it needed to be replaced he told me that he would submit the bill to System Protect for approval and that in a few days they should get back to me with an approval. i waited for few days and then i called System Collect for their approval. System Protect Agent Told Me that it will Cost me $ 1950.00 in addition to the $ 85.00 Dollars Already paid
I'm Including a copy Of The Warranty Documents With their promise to fix or replace and a Copy of the technician Findings .
