Claimant says:
"Phone # 501-529-3848.My name is Tamara Cojocaru, I recently bought a mountain bike from the Target in Little Rock. After purchasing it 2 employees helped me put in my car (4 door Nissan Maxima). They tried putting it in the trunk, it fit but not as expected. They then tried putting it in the back seats of my car. That was unsuccesful so again it was placed back in the trunk area. I tied 2 ropes around it and connected to the trunk door to avoid tear of bike. Everything was ok until I got home and realized that I had a huge hole/tear in the roof of my car followed by a black crease which obviously was from one of the bike handles. I called the Target store immediately and was told to come back in the morning to speak to the store manager. I was there the following day and waited about 20 min until I was approached by a manager (Don't know her name: African-American female) and was aware of my situation. All she could say was, "It's not our responsibility what happened, you gave us the consent to help put the bike in your car. Sorry." So they weren't willing to help me therefore THEIR employees were the ones that "trashed" my car. I was dissapointed and that they weren't willing to help with my situation in any way!"
