Claimant says:
"I purchased a television from my local Target store on 4/27/16 at 3:15 pm. I came home and took the tv out of the box plug it up and seen a crack inside of the tv. I boxed the tv back and proceed to return to the store. As I proceed to get a full refund with my receipt at hand, your managers refused to give me a refund. Their accusations was that I either swapped the tvs or stolen them. I told them all I did was take the tv home and bring it back. I have pictures of the tv and of the serial numbers. The store refused to give me any help. They said the serial numbers did not match the tv inside the box. I told them that its not my problem and that all I did was just return the product. I am very highly pissed and refuse to shop inside target again. I do not have $356.39 to give away. I still have the tv and all I am asking is for target to make me whole again. I went so far as to get a copy of a police report to show that I did not have any other tvs matching the description inside of my home. I went to best buy and bought the exact tv and had no problems.
