Claimant says:
"I was laid off from my job in 1/22/12 So I filed unemployment and from day 1 this Agency used deceptive practices and were Willfully Negligent in denying me my benefits They denied me my benefits from Oct.2012-Aug 2013 I appealed the decision so they scheduled a phone hearing but when I called in they said there were no one to do the hearing this went on for over a year.I was denied my right for a hearing for over a year.Even though they have the paperwork from that shows I was egilble for unemployment benefits."

  • Once again this Agency is engageing in what I believe to be negligent behavior
They are coming up with fraudulent ways to not pay people their unemployment I ask the watchdogs groups as well as the regulators to investigate this.Heres what they do they will come up with a fake reason to disquailfy you from your benefits then they make you wait 3weeks after the 3 weeks are over then they quailify you but ony pay you for one week.

  • Apr 08, 2014, Claiming party added:
  • This Agency will call you on the phone using anonymous numbers concerning your unemployment benefits and if they cant reach you they will penalize by disquailifying you for benefits even though you're not aware that its their organization thats trying to contact you. They fail to send certified letters informing that they are trying to reach you.I ask that the Regulators and Watchdogs groups investigate this claim

  • This Agency will contact you using anonymous phone numbers concerning your benefits and when they cant reach you they disquailify you for benefits even though they know you;re not aware that they trying to reach you.The never contact you by certified mail to allow you to respond in a timely fashon,They only give you 2-3 days to respond but how can you respond if they have not properly contacted you. Then they only pay you for 1 week even though they know your suppose to get paid for the waiting week as well as they 2weeks.I asking that the Watchdogs and Regulators investigate this claim.

  • Apr 14, 2014, Claiming party added:
  • This Agency has engaged in what I believe are set-up questions when it comes to requesting payments for your unemployment, benefits I have made copies of all of the questions that were asked of me but i have refused to answer and submit any fasle statements,Therefore im requesting that the Regulators/Watchdogs groups investigate these questions.
