Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On Thursday, February 22, 2018, at 3500 Windcliff Drive, SE, Marietta, GA 30067, The Grandstand Apartment Complex when I leaving the complex , the authomatic gate open the arm and when I go through the gate, the metal door gate, not the arm, come to my and struck all the side of the passanger side of the vehicle I drove.  I call the police, the officer vievew surveillance and I have an Incident report No. 18-017491. I paid $2,201.50 for the repairs on the car. I went to the complex and give to them copy of the police report and copy of the receipt paid for the repairs.  They tell me that I need to file a claim with my car insurance and they claim them the damages.  The car is from a friend of mine and I repaired already because is not mine and the insurance of the car is not in my name. How I can have the repairs that I paid, pay to me?"

"It looks as though the complex responded privately to the claimant, judging by his comment, and told him where to forward the bills. Could the claimant please update as soon as possible?Happy to make some suggestions but would prefer to know whether this has been resolved first."
