Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My BMW X-3 model-2007. Since 2015 Tires Plus at (6040 Singleton Rd. Norcross, GA-30093) have been servicing this car and only them. I am there customer since 2009. Several times I had brought this car to them. Recently on 06/03/17 Saturday I brought my car because the car for the coolant light shows up in the monitor and the reg. oil change. I expended all day (9.42am-4.15pm) in their waiting room. They inspected my car and repaired and charged me total $988.43. I had brought my car in home. On my way home the cooling light did not go way; I was little worry, I called them, they said after wild the light will go way. Very next day did not go way. Next 2/3 days I did not drive the car at all.

On 6/8/17 Thursday I was driving my car; the light did not go way and the car was getting overheated. I called their manager Ricky, he said bring the car to the shop. Afternoon I was bringing my car to their shop, took me 2 hours (car was overheating and shutting down, waiting for cooling down, restart and drive; 3/4 times I had done these).

When I brought my car to them (On 6/8/17 Thursday), they took almost an hour and said, "we dont have enough equipment to inspect farther neighther we have technician to fix this kind of vehicles problem". Person in charge name Bryan and Technician Dexter and others referred me to bring the car to BMW expertise Solo Motorsports.

 I brought my car to Solo Motorsports at (6000 jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross GA-30071) right away, on the same day evening. They Inspected and found so many problems because of wrong way servicing had been done. They have fixed only to run the car with ongoing overheat problems, took 4 days and charged $2400.00. Solo motorsports said, “All these causes because someone did unprofessional practice”. Please see the attachment.



I went back to tires plus, spoke to their manager Ricky.                                                                                                                                                                             Asked him:                                                                                                                                -If you did not have enough equipment how come you have been servicing my car since 2015? And why did not you tell me very first day, then I would not bring my car in here?                            -Your people did wrong practice, and caused all these problems. What can you do for it?

The manager tried to give me excuses and he said, “if we tell people of our scope of expertise we will be out of business”. He refused me to help anything.

My loss:

1)      Wrong practice caused additional damaged repaired partially-------=$2400.00
2)      Non completed service charged-------------------------------------------=$988.43
3)      Wrong practice additional damaged my time loss and compensation= --$500.00
4)      Wrong practice additional damaged rest of the problems need to be fixed. OR

Total Cash=--------------------------------------------------------------------$3,888.43    

In Addition fix my car rest of the problems (possible inspect the car, find the problems and get complete service done).

My demand: Recover my loss due to their unprofessional practice"
