"Hi my name is Leonard
This all started back if February 2014 , I put a down payment $2000 out of $4800 towards my cabinets and counter top for my bathroom . that $4800 included sinks and faucets. I was going to do all the prep work . When April came around i realized it was too much. I called Wing to discus on doing the whole job. the job was going to be between 12k to 14k . i ask if payment can be made. Wing said he just needs the labor money for his guys . witch would be $3500 per-bathroom. by the middle of May i had deposited the amount of $8000 in his bank account . now there was a time in April that I didn't want to pay $150 per-faucets and $475 for a shower assembly. So we went back and forth for about a month. I finally said hack with it lets just get it done. That was May. from may too July i have received text messages of days he will be here ,then never showing up or him wanting more money or that he had other jobs or family issues . there were days that i would half to call him asking were are you then not getting a responds. so through all this i get a text saying that he made a mistake on when he was going to get the faucets that they were going to be here July 7th i asked him if there was any way to get them sooner. he text me back a little bit later saying he can get faucets and shower assembly will be here next week but its going to be $125 more for the faucets and $175 more for the tub. that would mean that the tub assembly is $650. funny after i got the tub assembly i went on the Grohe website they sale it for $133' the whole assembly.
So anyways. after so many excuses for not starting the job ' Wing came by mid June "yes on a day he said he would start the job" but instead he came with a contract . that said if the job is not finished by July 15th of 2014 that there would be $500 minus from our balance . And its July 27th and the job is still not finished
I would like to add that at this time the only thing that was done is the tile' counter tops and cabinets faucets and bath assembly . the laborers that did the tile were excellent and i enjoyed exchanging stores about the owner Wing. but the guys who put the cabinets and counter top in did not even speak English or Spanish. and after they left i found so many mistakes. like drawer not having there soft closer hardware . meaning the drawer was just sitting in its place. and the linen closet did not have the the doors . Wing said that they were damage . the fallowing week the laborer came to put the pluming and faucets in he said that was funny because there were no holes in the closet for the doors. that means there were never any doors ."
