Claimant says:
"I have paid Mr. Michael A. Zapata in full for a marble pedestal Dec.20 2015 the amount was 650.00. Mr. Zappata sends me emails (after I contact him) promising to mail the pedestal - the date goes by but no pedestal. I told him on Friday I had had enough and was going to take action. I have all the emails and cancelled checks. I really wanted the pedestal and I cannot afford to give Mr. Zapate 650.00. He was very insistant that I pay in full before he went on Christmas vacation - which I did and as of Feb 20 I have no pedestal, no money and Mr. Zappata did not answer my last email.

In one email he said he keeps his word and always comes through, At this date that has not been my experience. I have never had an experience like this ever. I feel very foolish and would caution anyone who considers buying/dealing with Mr. Zapata to remember my experience.

Dear Michael-Please let me know your plans about resolving our problems: getting the wrong pedestal, getting an incomplete pedestal and your lack of response.
