Claimant says:
"I purchased phone equipment from United Cellular October 2011. I returned to Georgia about two weeks later, the phone equipment did not work in the area of Georgia whwre I located to.

I called the store manager name Daniel and I told him of the problem and he said send the equipment back and that I would get a refund.
Instead of doing the right thing, they turned me over to a collection agency saying that I owe them.
The collection agency is G C Collection Agency.I have tried to get them to fix this, they do not respond. Agency # 866-735-1713.
Can you help me or tell me what I can do.

  • You are a dumbass. Read the contract. You have a 14 day trial. If it does not suit your needs then return it to the place you purchased it from. It's not the store's fault you fled the state and exceeded the trial period. Read what you sign and maybe you will set and example for all the inbred stupid fucks that come into our stores like you.
