"WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

I sold a Dell laptop and send it to Malaysia: Suite 142, No. 10, Persiaran Puteri 1, Bandar Puteri 47100, City Puchong, State: Selangor, Tel: +601-294-25675 via United State Postal Services (USPS) - 2450 Alvin Ave, San Jose, CA 95121-9998 on Aug. 27, 2016 (refer my attached file). After sending the package, I could not contact the buyer in Malaysia by phone and email to get his payment for this transaction. I have come to the USPS many times to ask my case but only receiving the answer: "...if nobody receive this package, it will be returned to sender...".

Up to now, Jan. 08, 2017, I have not received any returning package from USPS also any payment from buyer."

    I think it's on USPS shoulder to clarify where the package is located, then we can find the solution for this issue.They should give you the tracking number for returning or something that you can find the exact location of your laptop first.
