Claimant says:
"I am a single adult male construstion worker. I work seasonal work , I prepare for the time I am off by saving. I receive unemploment benefits for the time off. I approched the Funding Co for a mortgage for a home I would like to purchase. I took with me copies of pay stubs and 2 years of tax returns. The employee, Erin Hendricks took all my information kept it for a week and found it to complacated for him to understand. So when next we met he declined my loan.
He kept the bank statements, he refused to return them to me.He cannot keep this kind of information. I ask for all my information so I could go else where for the loan. I am very unhappy with this agent, I called a few times he chose not to return my calls. I finally went in after a weeks time just to get a preapproval letter that is when he turned me down. He has a very arrogant personality it's people like me that insure his job. I feel like he needs to reprimanded. I work hard for my money. I feel like he needs to apologize."

  • I am glad to help anyone at anytime.  I do not ever remember this scenario, but I am glad to help anyone in any way.   It has never been brought to my attention.   I always give any information back to anyone if asked and bend over backwards for anyone I know has any problems.  I am known for fixing people loans that other people cannot do, not causing any issues.  If this person has any issue with me I hope they will reach out and I will do any thing I am aware to help.
