"I am a senior citizen & a fiesty one at that & I am sick & tired of having to beg to get the services I have a paid contract for. I have made many phone calls to this company to complain about their lack of attention..only trouble is no one is around to answer the phone.
The answer tape comes on & asks you to leave a message & guess what??? The tape is FULL!
it is 2-5-14 & I have 7-10 inches of snow in my driveway. It is now 4 pm & it looks like I will have to hire the neighbor kid to shovel me out. This will be the 3rd time i have done this at $25 a pop. I think this rip off artist needs some publicity so other senior citizens do not have to deal with him. PAID 200 DOLLARS AND GOT A WORTHLESS CONTRACT!!"
