Claimant says:
"When you sign up for the free trail you have to click the terms and conditions button which apparently state that you will then be put on auto-ship program for 89.99/month. well I didn't see that part. My fault yes, but by the time i figured out what was happening I received auto-ship and I immediately sent it back and didn't think about it. well the following month I received another and sent it back and then called them. That's when they told me about auto-ship and then I canceled now i just received my cc bill and tried to call them to get a refund and they wouldn't do anything for me so i told them I would get my lawyer and then they wanted to give 50% back but a supervisor came on and said that its been more than 30 days so there is nothing they could do, so I stated about lawyer again and about BBB and she hung up on me!!

Now I have been charged 89.99 two times

I want both of them refunded NOW!!!
I would have settle for the 50% of the one, but after she hung up I want the whole $179.98 back!!!
