"W started the process of buying this home in late May 2016. We were prequalified and all the mortgage company needed to start the process was a price of the home. Over a month later Wayne Frier sent that figure in. The mortgage company then sent a list of items they needed from us and from Wayne Frier. We were misled and lied to as to what they had done and not done. I started confirming with the mortgage company everytime Wayne Frier would tell me they had did something and they really didn't. This went on for months. Then our home arrives to Wayne Friers lot in December. We notfied them at that time the lights in the kitchen were not correct. We finally got in our home April 1, 2017. Almost a year later.
1. When the house was delivered there was damage on the roof. I guess they were not going to tell us this because a gentlemen who works for another company doing other work on the house is the one that showed the damage to us. Then Wayne Frier brings the wrong color shingles to fix it.
2. The correct kitchen light fixtures were still not installed and they try to convience us it was the correct ones. Jeff who works at the lot went and looked at the model home to confirm we had the wrong fixtures. Remember we told them about this back in December.
3. Per the permit it stated they needed to put sod down on disturbed ground. Wayne Frier said they didn't so they did not do it. The yard started washing away so they came and put gutters on the house. Of course this did not stop the ground from washing away.
4. Pilins fell underneath the house due to the wash out.
5. Kitchen window would not open due to the house not being leveled.
6. Everytime the AC comes on the light flicker. They had someone come out, but it is still doing it
7. When the painter completed the painting they had us sign off on it even though we did not have power on in the house to we could get a clear pictures if the paint job was suffecient. You can clearly see in each room where the walls were not covered. There are white spots in each room. They were going to send paint to sherman williams so we could touch up the paint. Really???
8, Trim work has staples sticking out of it.
9. Floor still has glue spots.
10. Where the marriage line is the tile has cracked and buckled. They sent someone out here and he was going to order the tile. We spoke with Jeff a couple weeks later and he said the tile was in. Now it has been at least two months and they send someone out here on July 23rd to fix it. The workers did not come with any tile so they had no intention of fixing the floor. We got one more line of crap about they would come back with the tile and fix it this week. We get a call later stating the tile they have is the wrong tile and ours would have to be ordered. Again 2 months ago we were told the tile was in and at Jeffs office.
11. We have taken multiple days off work just to have no one show up when we were told they would be there. They would not even call to tell us.
12. Ronnie was under the house and found a leak. They came and found and repaired the leak. Then some other workers showed up a couple weeks later to work on some items. When they pulled the refrigator out it had been leaking since we moved it. The ice make was not hooked up right. Damage to the wall, but they are stating no damage to the floor. How can we trust that???
13, Refrigerator has a knock. They have come out and replaced the ice make 3 times, and continues to knock. When is enough enough
14. The AC starting making the horrible noise. We called them and they said they would be out the next day. We cut off the AC due to it making the noise plus it was not cooling the house. The person who came out did check out the AC but said it was making that noise because it was cooling off. OK have you ever heard of an AC making a God awful noise to cool off.
