Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have been making payments to Wells Fargo mortgage for the past 3 years, each time the payments were made with 2 seperate checks. There were no problem until January of 2013. Wells Fargo claims that they didn't get the payment in full for the month of January 2013 and Feb 2013. But since we were not in the country at the time, we didn't see the letters from Wells Fargo until May. However, payments were made online every month. We then contacted Wells Fargo and requested an audit of the payment history. In the mean while, from May on, we've been getting collection phone calls from Wells Fargo 5 to 7 times a day. We ask them not to call because there's been a dispute in revew but was told there's nothing they can o about the harrassing calls. After one month of audit, they fund our missing january payment and reverse the late charges for January. However, there were still a check for Feb which they claim they never received.

From May to July, we spent hours on the phone with their customer service reps and each time, we were giving a different story of why we must submit more money into the account. However, we have submit an online statement from Bank of america (which th check was from) showing that wells fargo received the check and cashed it. But that statement was ignore by Wells Fargo claiming the don't accept online statements. I have now request of the e check from Bank of America and fax that in to Wells Fargo.

It is obvious that Wells Fargo somehow misplaced my payment and refused to admit it, and whats more ridiculous is that they asking me to proof that a payment was made. Their representatives' attiude toward us are not only unhelpful, but with Hostility. For the past 2 months, my family have been harrased by their collectors days and nights without interruption and we were afraid of answering any phone calls.

Please let me know what we can do, their action in this matter is unprofessional and unaccetable. For a big bank like Wells Fargo to pick on newly immigrated citizens like my family."
