Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"1) Retained Credit Card credit open long after after joint checking account linked to it closed. Apparently policy.
2) Credit Cards never activated
3) A WF APP marketed credit extension to the other party (son) linked to account closed early 2016 without my knowledge
4) WF denied request to remove me from the liability of debt. I feel like they used my credit without consent. They produced a document I signed at opening of a account to open credit card. My assumption as a lay person was that closing checking account would signal closure of credit card. That non activation of card for over half a year would keep inactive. That I would have been notified of activity PRIOR or DURING usage stemming from APP marketing. Of course they are playing "gotcha" now."
