Claimant says:
"The beginning of last year I applied for a home modification because of a hardship paying bills. I was approved but for a larger amount than what I was paying. During this process I kept calling but no one would return my call. I paid the three months payment requested in the modification, but decided not to agree to continuing paying the larger amount. Finally, I was able to talk to someone and told them that I wanted to do the Deed In Lieu Of Foreclosure, which was one of the options they gave me. While waiting to hear from Wells Fargo, I received a letter stating that I was turned over to an attorney for foreclosure. I called Wells Fargo and the gentleman said that there was no notation in my file that I wanted to do a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. He said that he would notify the specialist that was working with me. No one will return my call and they're trying to foreclose on the house. This has been going on for a year and I feel very irritated because no one will return my calls and I feel that I'm not being treated properly even though I am cooperating with them."
