Claimant says:
"I was told multiple times over telephone that household goods would be delivered 7 to 14 days of pickup date. Then when the pickup happened I was told face to face by mover that it would be delivered on available date and no later than 7 to 14 days of the available date. I made all my travel arrangements from Arizona to Massachusetts based on them telling me this and ensuring I would be there from available date of 3/20 (8 days after pickup) to 4/4 which was 14 days following pickup. I did not receive mu household goods until 4/9. I was no longer in Massachusetts and had to have my wife and relatives be there for delivery. Then they had to deal with a driver and mover with an attitude. He rushed the delivery, argued with my wife, and just hurried to try to get away without properly delivering furniture. They marred the paint job on my brand new car and when asked after being hear saying whoops and "shit" when it happened that nothing was wrong. When we pointed out broken table and broken vacuum along with crafted and marred furniture, we were told "oh no big deal you can just live with that". I was on phone with West Coast moving for 4 different days from 3/23 - 4/29 before I could get an answer on when my goods would leav Las Vegas. I was misled regarding delivery everytime I talked with personnel before, at pickup and by multiple customer reps after they had me goods. They delivery driver had a bad attitude and cared about nothing but getting the goods in the house and going to his next stop. My whole experience with this company at every step of the way was horrible with the exception of the pickup. They did a good job but also lied to me about delivery. When I told them I would be filing negative reviews, they didn't care."
