Claimant says:
"W.O. IRVIN, INC. HVAC Plumbing & Heating installed a Navien Heating system in my home on 9/9/2015.  The system never worked properly.  During the winter months Mr Irvin was backm was at my houseregularly trying to get the system to work.  On Chriatmas Eve 2016 the system completely shut down and when Mr. Irvin came to my home he was unable to start the system so he told me there was nothing he could do that mistakes happen and I needed to accept that and from that point on he wouldn't answer my calls!  I then called the company who referred me to a plumber who worked with the company who informed me the whole system was improperly installed that he could get the syeten workimg on a temporary basis but the system would need to be reinstalled when the weather permitted! 
It has already cost over ten thousand dollars for a system that dosen't work properly and hiring the new plumber will cost almost as much.
