Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Yelp have been a nightmare for our business... They have published 4 awful reviews and filtered 25 or more great reviews.. In other words they only rate and show our bad reviews .. I was told yelp racketeers businesses .. If you don't pay them with some kind of sign up fee for some kind of service then they show bad ratings and filter your good ones... For instance, I wrote a bad review to AAA in Oceanside because they were so very rude to my 83 year old mother .. Made her pay for a tow upfront said her membership expired took a credit card over the phone and charged $65 .. Then when she went down there to clear it all up they told her she was never a member.. anyway they screw up something in their system she was a member for 20 years.. the manager lady told her to get out of there and was so very rude I had to yelp them. If this was your mother whos was 83 years old..... You would be mad as well ... Guess what, yelp Filtered my bad review.... not only once but three times.. So AAA must be some kind of member who pays them something.. This is so irritating when ever I hear some of our clients ...or would have been client, say well I'm very leery because of the yelp reviews... I can only imagine all the people who viewed us on yelp and did not even let us explain the filtered review and did not call us...I could see if yelp knew these bad reviews were actual run that we did.. For all they know it's done by a competitor of ours to hurt our bookings and go with them.. Why are we a 5 star company on Limos.com with not one bad review.. that says a lot .. Limos.com gives us 97% of our leads and check every review before publishing them as far as actual bookings.. Yelp claims they have some special program that filters unreal reviews.. How is that even possible??? If it really worked .. they would not have posted the Laufeete girl who posted a bad review, It was Club Mobil Party bus that did her run and messed it up.. He told us he was gonna get that cleared up for us.. Obviously never happened...I've looked every where to contact yelp personally .. no way are they gonna be contacted.. no way of getting in contact besides some email that a robot also answers to and never got a response..."

1. Remove false or malicious web content, business reviews, etc.: Either publish all the good reviews along with the bad or remove the bad.. also I want an explanation of why they think they have the authority to publish the ones they feel like and hide the others whether it be good or bad.. Please explain this and apologize for ruining our reputation in doing so.. we have worked very hard to get to where we are at sometimes 18 hours a day.. and we do have 5 stars on limos.com who do check the legitimacy of the clients. and they supply 97% of our business... you don't know a thing about us and destroy every thing by your decision to publish only bad reviews.. This is so wrong and if this doesn't get resolved I will go further and get cash damages.. because you are costing us dearly... Jun 06, 2012 N/A
