Josephine S. says: For starters, 24 seven inc, did not honor the resolution that was agreed upon regarding this claim. Second, in addition to the problem to this unresolved claim, 24 seven inc also disbursed an erroneous 2016 W2 Tax document that had I not caught the mistake on time, I would have paid $600. in taxes I did not owed. To this regard, I really wish them luck with the IRS because if their payroll department made a mistake on mine, most likely it made a mistake on other employee’s W2s. As for the employment standpoint, 24 seven inc. pays the lowest from all recruiters on the same bids. In the past I would have recommended 24 seven inc as in my estimation, one specific employee of theirs who's been with the company for many years, have always had my back when it comes to finding gigs even if the pay was not the best. That has changed in the past 1-2 years as the old staff has changed, many moving on to other companies and growth. Since, the level of process efficiency, response and jobs placement has gone down the drain. In the past year alone, I had 6 different unpleasant incidents with 24 Seven inc. from not getting paid on time despite hours turned in on time or PTOs entered as requested and/or having to put up a fight to get paid at all for hours worked and then waited 2-3 weeks to receive the pay, to having money taken out of my check for health insurance I did not even have awareness of or a card for to getting taken out of assignment abruptly despite an established contract, plenty of work and outstanding performance with the client and having to use my own sources within the clients side to influence the honoring of the contract and clear any misunderstandings and be returned to complete the project. And the tax issue where they listed me as working in NJ when I was working off of my home in NYC on an offset assignment and listed as 24 seven inc, located also in NYC, having never worked in New Jersey at all. All this said, and done, I really do hope 24 seven inc listens and takes proactive action to turn the page they are on and get their act back together because however it is they are working right now, is only going to create them further problems down the line. And as things stand, I would not recommend anyone to this company.
